Safely preparing assets for operation
We take our customers’ assets from the design and fabrication stages to operational, both onshore and offshore while meeting safety, efficiency and regulatory compliance.
Installation and hook up
We manage the physical setup and placement of equipment, systems and infrastructure necessary to operate facilities. This includes piping and wiring, utility and infrastructure setup and safety systems, such as fire protection, emergency equipment and safety barriers. Plus, the hook up of both rigs and offshore wind farms.
From our EPC Center of Excellence in Norway, we offer full EPCIC services. The Worley Rosenberg yard in Stavanger offers large drydocks, deepwater quaysides with shore power, as well as three mobile cranes. This site also provides offshore hook-up and installation services, including offshore operations for commissioning.
Safeguarding Europe's energy security
We were awarded a multi-phased project by Elbehafen LNG to import natural gas by sea, rather than pipeline. Phase 1 of this EPCIC turnkey project was to build the temporary land based gas skids, control systems and associated infrastructure to receive LNG via a Floating Storage Regassification Unit (FSRU) and supply the German gas grid as quickly as possible. Phase 1 achieved first gas within 8 ½ months from a blank sheet of paper to fully commissioned and operating facilities. We are continuing with the future phases.
Commissioning
We take care of operational readiness for our customers all over the world as part of all our services contracts. This includes functional testing, integrating testing and safety checks. We also conduct training on how to operate, monitor and maintain the facility effectively and safely.
And we look at performance optimization and provide comprehensive documentation of testing results, as-built drawings, operating procedures and maintenance guidelines for future reference and regulatory compliance.
